I wonder if anything was overlooked on my last visit.

Jiffy Lube, Chevron OilStop, Quaker State QLube... feh! That's why I take my stuff to local shops like Nisstech. Who also service Toyota, Ford, Lexus and Infiniti to name a few.

They are more reputable and honest and have a reputation to uphold instead of lying about their identity like that manager did.
