Dreamer?

What are your goals for 2007? Business, Personal, Family, Spiritual, Finance...? A colleague and friend, Roy Jones sent me a great list of question to consider. ... Not just to consider, but to take some time with, to print out, to put pen to paper. (I've attached the list here at the end. Roy is a professional Sales Trainer, motivational speaker and author, and a true wealth of knowledge.) We are designed to dream and to create. Formed in the image of our creator, we have "supernatural" abilities through the process of thought, focus, and action. "We become what we think about, continually", our thoughts have a magnetic quality and, in an interesting way, are not bound by time. We must be aware of our self imposed limitations... They are the enemy to our full potential and of our purpose for being. Each one of us has specific talents, whether we recognize them or not. We have a certain responsibility to discover these things. Not just for ourselves but for those around us... Your true success is, by design, beneficial to someone other than yourself. The acknowledgment of the gap between where you are now and who you desire to become is the fuel for action, or the inspiration we need to propel us towards, seemingly, miraculous results. It's important to celebrate the achievements, large or small. Get excited about crossing one more completed task off the list! You are one step closer to a goal. This process applies to goals in any category. What is it that inspires you? Have you put it aside, already, as "not possible"?... We deserve to examine any of our passions that we have placed on the back burner. Are we sure we can't weave it into our life, somehow? Maybe the picture doesn't look exactly like our initial "perfect" vision of the dream, but that's o.k. Sometimes a modified version of the original picture, brought into our current busy lives, is a wonderfully acceptable alternative to "nothing at all". Am I talking about setting? No, I'm talking about being realistic, but not letting our important dreams die because of a self limiting voice that tells us that it can't be. There is always a price. We can calculate the cost and decide if we are willing to pay the price. - Seth Ok, here it is, From Roy Jones:

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF FOR

YOUR BEST YEAR EVER IN 2007!

Take some time, think about these, write out your answers, and I'm confident that you, too, will show even more success in all areas of your life, and perhaps, have your best year ever in 2007!

1. What are you going to do to improve your industry and product knowledge in 2007?

2. How many inactive customers will you revive and turn into regular customers again?

3. What do you need to do to make that happen?

4. What will you do to ensure you're protecting your best customers, and adding more value to the relationships?

5. How will you sell even more to them?

6. How many new customers will you bring on this year?

7. How do you plan to do that, specifically?

8. What will you do to improve your physical health in 2007?

9. What, specifically, are your sales and production goals for 2007?

10. How does that break down into quarterly and monthly goals?

11. How much more money will you make in 2007?

12. How will that happen?

13. What will you need to do, today, to take the first steps in that direction?

14. What will you need to do to increase that number by an additional 10%?

15. What are you going to do every day to keep your attitude at a high level?

16. How much time are you going to spend, daily, to improve your own sales skills?

17. What will you do?

18. How many referrals will you get in 2007?

18. How will you get them?

19. From whom?

20. What will you do to turn them into sales?

21. Which parts of your personal, family, and spiritual life will you improve?

22. How are you going to maximize the use of your time?

23. Where will you cut out the time-wasters in each day?

24. What have you been putting off that you will take care of within the next two weeks?

25. Who can you help to feel special every day?

26. What challenge, wish or desire--that you've never attempted before--will you finally achieve in 2007?

28. How will you do that?

29. Why?

30. Where are you going to write all of this down so you can review and revise your plans regularly?

31. What will it LOOK like when you accomplish everything you've just been thinking about?

32. How will it FEEL?

33. What will it SOUND like when you achieve these things?

34. Why COULDN'T you do all of this?

Any answer to that last one is not a reason, but rather a self-imposed limitation, excuse, or lack of desire or effort. The biggest deterrent to success looks us in the mirror every day.

I don't know about you, but I've gotta go -- I'm not yet finished working on my own answers.

Now, go out and plan to have, NO, on second thought…COMMIT to having YOUR BEST YEAR EVER IN 2007!

Is Santa Really a Ninja?

The Santa (Ninja) was visiting the the gym, so we thought we'd go see what he was all about.... We ran into some friends there... they tried to make us believe that Santa wasn't really a Ninja ... We're just not going to be fooled that easily! ;o)
